Cheese Cake

Crust
Mix 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 melted butter. Press in pan, chill.

Filling
1) Beat 24 ozs. cream cheese for 10 minutes
2) Add 5 eggs one at a time
3) Add 1 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4) Beat till smooth and lemon in color
5) Pour in pan
6) Bake at 325, 45-50 minutes
7) Remove and cool 20 minutes

Topping
Beat together; 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 2 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 10 minutes.
